"There were 5 windows and an air conditioning/heating unit outside of each one that would continuously run during the night. Could not see out the windows. The entrance and stairwell were very dirty! The condo was clean, but the couch, couch pillows and throw covering the couch look like they have never been cleaned before. My husband went to use the hand towel on the wall and as he was using it, the entire towel rack came out of the wall. There were also some homeless people hanging around...

"The location was great and was walking distance to anything that you would need in Plateau Mont-Royal. The space was nice and clean. The only downside was the sheets and pillowcases had some black (grease?) marks, and the towels were stained with what I think is makeup that wouldn't wash out. The communication with the host was poor. It was raining while I was there and so I had requested an umbrella, which they said they didn't have any. I thought it was a reasonable request as a guest. "Property was amazing! Clean, large and chic. Close to the plateau and lots of restaurants! Only downside is you can hear people walking around upstairs but fans and earplugs are provide and noise is usually only until 11pm"
