"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. Bed was too soft for me. I ordered room service for breakfast once, and was disappointed as it came in a paper bowl and...

"We had a very good stay here. The reception staff were very friendly. The room immaculately clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, a good night's sleep was had. I have only given 4 stars in some instances as we didn't have time to have breakfast or need any assistance so can't honestly rate those points. But we will definately stay again if possible in the future."

"Great location with excellent facilities. We loved the fact the apartment had a washer, with traveling for so long, itʻs great to be able to wash our clothes! Loved the small gym and the safe parking for our car rental, which had access straight into the building via an elevator which made it easy with all our luggage. "Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room.
