"What a wonderful surprise this hotel was! I chose it because of its location to the train station and the bus station - we were there just 1 night before our flight home. The rooms have recently been updated and it was lovely! The bed was comfy and the bathroom roomy and the best shower we had in our 2 week trip. Plus we had a canal view! "Compared to other hotels in Venice this hotel has a contemporary style. Check in was fast, the beds were comfortable, and we very much appreciated the air-conditioning. We stayed in a family room which was small (like most hotel rooms in Venice) but very clean. The hotel is in a perfect location close to San Marc Square and a short walk from the Rialto water taxi stop. The bakery in the same building has excellent pastries and healthy lunch options.
