"The staff was so courteous and helpful. They stored luggage before check in and after check out with smiles on their faces. Really nice people. And the breakfast was amazing. "Fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - Central enough to walk or catch the water bus yet somehow quiet enough for when you want to sleep. The staff is great, particularly at reception. Our room came with a bottle of local sparkling wine included and they also give you a bottle of water each every night.
