"Excellent location. Outdoor guest area had great view of ocean. Beach is 10’ from hotel. Do not get booked into the 1st floor rooms, if possible. Especially not #3. It’s right across from the front desk and is very loud in the mornings. Other than that, a great little Venice Beach hotel for a reasonable rate all considered."

"Location excellent, small kitchenette was very useful, room fresh and clean, host staff were excellent and accommodating of our bizarre flight times and were happy to store our luggage until check-in. Rooftop terrace gives a wonderful view of the eccentric Venice Beach Boardwalk Boulevard. Danielle at reception was communicative and informative. Our little family would return here in a flash… if it wasn’t so far from Australia. "

"We loved everything about the property..the location, cleanliness, professional and personable staff members. If I had to add something to make it convenient for anyone staying at the property, it would be room service. They do have tons of restaurants surrounding the property, which is great. I personally love to order room service sometimes when I dont feel like getting out."
