The apartment is close to one of the ferry stops (St Angelo) which is convenient. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to restaurants and shops. There are NO ELEVATOR although it’s in the picture. The WiFi was so bad. Getting the keys was so inconvenient. We took the water boat to St Angelo, while the other person waited with the suitcase, I walked to the pick-up location and back. It takes 15min if you take the boat (single ride €9.50) to get across or 30min if you go all the way around - one way. Other than those, we had a great stay.

Super fin lejlighed med en perfekt placering i Venedig. Nemt at komme til og fra med vandbus både fra nøgle udleveringssted og til lufthavnen. Ren og pæn, stor og med alt hvad der skulle være. Vi kommer gerne igen. God dialog med udlejer op til ankomst

It was a wonderful experience staying at Ca San Carlo. It was extremely clean and exactly what the photos portray. It's located close to restaurants and is a 10 min walk to St.Mark's square. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay here again if I ever come back to Venice.

We got off to a rough start with the hot water and heat not working. They sent someone out for three days in a row to try to get it working which we appreciated but it was very uncomfortable to start and was only fixed after we requested a refund. Please note that you have to get your keys from near the bus station upon arrival which is a bit of a distance from the accommodations. It was relatively clean and very spacious. We liked the patio. There was no garbage in the bathroom or a place to put shampoo/conditioner in the shower. These are just little things but for the price you are paying, you’d expect more. Also note that the bed is two twin beds put together so there’s a gap in the middle. You are expected to take out the garbage which is a bit confusing.. overall we weren’t very satisfied with our accommodations but the location was great.

A experiência toda foi incrivel, o apartamento é excelente, todo equipado, muito confortavel, bonito e tem tudo que você precisa. A cama é muito confortavel e a TV da sala é SMART TV, o que pra mim, que fui com minha mãe e que as vezes queria descansar vendo TV, foi ótimo Agradeço também referente a comunicação com a hospedagem, fui muito bem atendido e sempre com muita rapidez Localização excelente!

A nicely appointed apartment with everything you need for a stay in Venice. Nice shower and kitchen. Nice garden but it’s filled with mosquitos. Wonderful Italy gave us the wrong address for the property, which took some time from our schedule. And having to hike from one end of the city to another to pick up the key wasn’t a positive experience. It was an interesting experience renting this place but wouldn’t do it again.

Great place and clean. A little difficult to find. GPS does not work well there. From the train station take water bus 1 to your stop. 25 min ride on the water. They should provide a map on how to get there.

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, stylish, super convenient and a great home base in Venice. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the patio because of so many mosquitos (bring bug spray and it should be fine). The only real frustration was the initial key pickup that is a totally different location than the apartment. When traveling from the airport, this meant we weren’t able to use the most convenient travel modes. Otherwise, 5 star!

Nice property and very easy to get to from San Angelo port. The building is in a nice and quiet away from the tourist hotspot. Everything is within walking distance, there’s a despar supermarket 3 mins away and you can walk to rialto and san Marco within 10-15mins. The green jungle apartment was a good size and can fit 3 people. Bathroom on the smaller side but had everything we needed (shower pressure was nonexistent but was fine.) Air conditioning was good, but it faces the bedroom, so the cold air doesn’t circulated around the kitchen or living area (Need to move the fan to the living area) Overall, nice stay.

A Bad Choice

The communication with the management company was frustrating because whatever we needed or expected was unavailable. The management would not let us check in a minute before check in time even though we were waiting in the pouring rain. Hair dryer, none; 3 chairs, as I paid extra for the 3rd guest, no extra xhair, and the 2 available chairs had very loose legs that we constantly tightened. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper, no, or pay 10 euros a person extra.The house keeper left dirty towels on the bathroom floor from the previous guest. We were told to wash any dish or cup we used before we left. We were told to take out the trash before we left. Mgmt gave us a pass on the trash because we were leaving at 6:30 am.
