Great Location & Size

The lift to the 3rd floor was wonderful. The size of the apartment was larger than expected, and we appreciated it. The location was also very nice and the space looked just like the photos. Would certainly stay here again. We did wish there was a moka pot or coffee maker of some sort. Would highly recommend anyone staying here to bring ear plugs for the boat traffic in the late and very early hours of the day.

This place is fantastic, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s huge. We are 3 adults and 2 teenagers, so much room for all of us. The bathrooms are very nice. We opened the windows and looked down to see a canal. We had a contact person named Simon. He was great to communicate with and even arranged water taxi for us at our request.

Location was fantastic, really good view of canal and close to everything. It was clean and had excellent communication with the staff/owner. It could use a few things: a coffee pot or French press and new sleeping pillows. It was suitable for a quick stay in Venice.

Lovely place , i bit old fashion Venetian style . Perfect space for a large family , plenty of room for 5 of us . Host was efficient and helpful . Very clean and well equipped . Excellent location at the end (50m) of Rialto Bridge .

What a fantastic property and wished we had stayed the week. Online photos do not do it justice. Spacious, clean and absolutely no musty or moldy smells. Perfect for children with space to move and explore. Easy trash directions within building. The location was perfect between Rialto and San Marco as well as nearby restaurants. Support staff wonderful in guidance and showing us apartment features. In addidion, one of children left his stuffed bunny behind and very upset is saying it lightly. Representative arranged it to be mailed to us in Italy. Because of apartment's perfect location along canal and in Venice, reasonably priced for all you get, wonderful support staff, I highly recommend this rental. This was our favorite stay in Venice, we have been here 6 times, in large part to rental's accommodations.
