Area was decorated and well maintained and in such an amazing location towards the beach. I would definitely recommend this place for small groups that are traveling together."

The standout however was definitely the location - it is right off of Abbot Kinney Boulevard. "It’s right on the beach! Has a nice outside seating area. Reserved paid parking ($20, worth it!). Right around the corner from Washington Square. Location, beach, nice staff make this a great Venice Beach stay."
