"You have to climb thee flights of stairs every time you go there. The rooms are poorly maintained. The shower looked like somebody had pissed all over the side of it, and was still sitting there. The toilet seat was not hooked on to the toilet. It fell off. The two lights in the bathroom did not work. There was no place in the shower to put your soap or your shampoo. "The room was big and spacious. However, the AC was very slow to cool down the rooms. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff was honestly not very friendly. When we were checking out, he was very short, abrupt and rude. We were told we needed to provide 8 euros for the city tax, yet when we checked out, he wasn’t even clear that’s what was needed. He honestly acted like we were bothering him. I was disappointed in friendliness"
