"This was the best hotel I've probably ever stayed at. The service alone and all of the staff members were impeccable, and the concierge had the best recommendations for us and arranged our dinner reservations on our behalf, which were perfect. Big shoutout to Nicola at the front desk! The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, whoever was in charge of the renovations did a fabulous job, and the location was super convenient and safe. Highly recommend, I will definitely be staying here...

"It was a very historic building but the rooms were cut, clean, spacious and nice. It is walking distance to Piazza San Marco and very close to the port. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and churches nearby. The host was very kind and showed us around the area. The service was very good and the room was ready before check-in time. "It was a super clean and stylish hotel. We stayed in a **Premium Room** with an amazing view of the water — absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was really varied and everything tasted great! Plus, the service was quick and the food was always fresh and refilled fast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we had a really lovely time there. I can totally recommend it :)"

"Great location just a 15 minute walk from St Marks Square, Bridge of Sighs and the Rialto Bridge, we had a fantastic 5 day visit so we were able to visit everything we wanted to see. For breakfast there is a lovely continental breakfast buffet. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend this hotel"
