"L'hotel è ubicato in un'antica casa nobiliare, divenuta poi sede di un convento. Camere ampie, silenziose ( la strada è a traffico limitato ai residenti ), con ordinari confort moderni. Alcune delle sale comuni sono state restaurate ed hanno recuperato l'antico fascino nobiliare. Colazione sufficientemente varia e di buona qualità. Unica pecca la mancanza di un ascensore ( in via di realizzazione ). Personale cordiale e disponibile. Buon rapporto costo/qualità. "

"A warm welcome to our super room in a lovely location opposite the castle. The kitchenette was most welcome as was the espresso machine and rooftop terrace on which to drink it! We appreciated breakfast being arranged for us at the nearby Martinucci café where the coffee and pastry were good. However, it’s a pity the staff there were not more friendly and helpful and less rude; it would have been nice to have been told what the offer was."

"Como o Palácio Belsanti estava em reformas, ficamos hospedados no Hotel Il Palazzotto, nossa estadia foi ótima. Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Lucca, gentil e atencioso. Hotel todo reformado, novo, muito bem decorado, lindo. Quarto espaçoso, limpo e confortável. Excelente café da manhã."

"Isabella was an absolute delight and her place was perfect for our trip. The location cannot be beaten and the very private room was very quiet considering you are right in the centre of town. The bed was extremely comfortable, beautiful room and very easy to explore the city from. She was a perfect host, her home is beautiful (totally unique) and we were well looked after the whole time we were there. Overall, I'd really recommend staying at the Palazzo! "

"My wife & I--both 71--truly enjoyed our five-night stay at this 5-6-room b&b. We took a room without bath and were lucky to visit during "shoulder" season so we had the place mostly to ourselves. Pietro, with whom we interacted, was friendly and efficient upon our arrival and very helpful getting us oriented. The b&b is walking distance to the historic center as well as the train station. "The room was very nice with a really, really nice shower. It was clean and comfortable. There was a palazzo right outside the door. We were on the 4th floor which is where the check in desk is located. Our room was right near the desk so we heard the door buzzing often during the day as well as people talking while checking in. We definitely recommend it as the price was good. If you have a car, call ahead and ask where to park as it’s only 2 Euros. "

"Das Zimmer mit der Dachterasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Groß und sauber. Tolle Decke und mit viel Charme. Das Badezimmer neu. Die private Terasse vor dem Zimmer mit viel Privatsphäre war wunderbar! Im Zimmer fehlt es leider an Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten. Die Vorhänge decken nur das Nötigste ab und lassen viel Licht herein. Wir waren dadurch immer sehr früh wach. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls prima gefallen. Im Restaurant abends hat es uns durchschnittlich gefallen. Tolles Ambiente, Service...
