"Nice stay and clean hotel"

"Bedroom still had HANDPRINTS on the headboard. Need I say MORE!! The woman who checked me in was a doll. Breakfast was ok."

"Let's start with the good. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was decent. Now the bad. The exhaust fan in the restroom was louder than a lawnmower (not even a joke), there was no Wi-Fi (they've been having issues for awhile), the pool was closed for "special maintenance", the shower head was clogged up so no shower for me. I tried to take a bath instead, but the stopper had no seal so the water drained almost as fast as it came out of the tap, and most of all, I could only lock the door from the inside. I didn't realize this until the 3rd or 4th time I left the room and came back. I was able to open the door without using the key card. I said something to the desk attendant and was offered another room but it was a downgrade. By the time i realized the issue I was not planning to leave the room until check out so I decided to stay in the room instead of packing up and moving (I kept the deadbolt locked). Other minor issues were tv was constantly pixelating, several spots of damage to the walls, one of the light switches did nothing so the sitting room was dim, and the air from the AC/heating unit smelled musty. "

"We took our grandkids for an overnight to use the pool in the hot tub, they all commented on the fact that everybody that work there was so nice and they wanna come back next year!"

"Hotel room was great. Staff were kind and helpful. Pool was a lot of fun but a little chilly. The breakfast area was very clean and provided a wide variety of options. Our family would definitely return. "

"The old saying goes- You get what you pay for. The room reeked of smoke, was dingy, and the hot tub looked unsanitary. We literally walked in and walked right out. If a hotel room that’s old, filthy, and smoky doesn’t bother you, then you’re probably fine. The front desk person was very kind and helpful."

"Good property. A little noisy so not totally sound-proof. The apartment sized room with kitchenette and king bed was decent. The baseboard heater was loud though. Despite this, I would recommend."
