"Arrived after a late flight. Only 5 mins in taxi. Lovely modern hotel with very nice rooms and nicely decorated public areas. Despite being close to the airport, there was no outside noise. Nice drink before bed, and lovely continental breakfast before heading on holiday. Would definitely stay here again."

"When you book with this site the website does not share your email or WhatsApp number so the hotel cannot contact you directly with check-in details. This is frustrating and made checking in more difficult. However, it was much better to deal with a person at the hotel rather than a virtual check-in, which we have had in the past which has terribly wrong. "It was a very nice and clean hotel. Definitely unique looking building surrounded by convention center complex. the staffs were absolutely helpful and kind. A clean modern room with a big balcony equipped well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s a bit far from Bergamo city center but easy access by tram or walk. Also it has a big parking garage so all types of car will fit. Can’t expect anyone, it was a wonderful stay."

"Lovely hotel and room with balcony. In a quiet part of town. About a 15 minute walk to a local supermarket. The room would benefit from a kettle to be ale to make a drink, but there are some vending machines on the ground floor for snacks and drinks - cash only."
