"Everything was wonderful and convenient. I liked the boutique feel to the place being smaller and more intimate. Location was fantastic right behind the Empress hotel and a 2 minute walk to the harbor. Staff was amazing. Courtney Room restaurant is a farm to table awardwinning restaurant not to be missed. I can't say enough good things about this place!"

"My family and I loved our stay here. Check-in and check-out was easy. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean, cozy and it had everything we needed. Our room (G4) had two big windows which was so nice. We, especially our kids, were also pleasantly surprised to see a lot of fruit-bearing plants around the inn (grapes outside our window, apple trees, blackberry shrubs, etc.) Will definitely come back here on our next trip to Vancouver Island."
