"I enjoyed the customer service by my host, Warren. He was so accommodating to my needs and questions. This was far better than a corporate chain of hotels. From the time I checked in to my last day, he had a great smile, the staff had impeccable service. He even made sure I had hot breakfast before my early safari tour!
