"Chambre conforme aux fotos mais le menage pas top,activité de l'après midi très moyenne et très limité juste du kayak dans un endroit entouré de gros bateaux donc vraiment pas top, et pas de wifi à bord, tous les clients etaient vraiment mécontent de l'absence de wifi pourtant on nous donne les accès aux wifi mais ils n'ont fonctionné pour personne"

"My wife and I spent 1 night on board of the grand pioneer 2 (February 25, 2026) . Perfect luxury room ( super clean, panoramic view of Ha Long Bay, fantastic food ( brunch with variety choices ) with à la carte menu for supper). Super nice staff. Very reasonable price including all meals with 2 land excursions. Strongly recommend. Pioneers cruise 3 will be launched within the next 18 months. Can’t wait to come back for a 2 nights cruise. "We just returned from a 2 day 1 night cruise on the Paradise Grand. It was perfect. We were tendered out to the boat and I wasn’t sure what to expect. We were met with a cool towel and drink and were well taken care of from the point on. Our cruise was through Lan Ha bay which is a bit quieter and I much preferred it.
