"The customer is excellent. They were very accommodating, even providing us with extra slippers. The bathroom was cleaned thoroughly. There was also a doorman who carried all our luggage’s up which removed all the extra hassle."

"I love the villa and the staff are very nice and friendly. I also like the breakfast as it is very good and of great variety. The only suggestion for improvement is the internal Tuk tuk service going back to our villa. On our first night, we waited almost 1h for the tuk tuk to send us back to our hotel. That guy in charge of arranging tuk tuk kept telling us to wait and next one would be our turn. Ended we really waited and didn’t realise that we should just walk back then, as we would have...

"Second time of staying whilst in HCMC, didnt dissappoint. I was welcomed back (nice touch) given a higher floor (appreciated) and enjoyed the various facilities which, as always enjoyed the gym (good technogym) and spotless. Staff were lovely, helpful, and gave me the impression they love their jobs and looking after their customers. Nothing was too much trouble. Im back in VN in 6-8 weeks and this has become my first choice spot."

"We had a fantastic stay at La Vela Saigon. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was excellent from start to finish. A special mention to Du, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His service really stood out and made a big difference to our experience. Would definitely recommend La Vela Saigon and we’ll happily stay here again when we’re back in Ho Chi Minh City!"

"We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was Okay. The staff wasn’t the nicest. Location is decent. It’s pretty close to everything and can access Public transportation. Breakfast was fine. One of the staff told me I had to pay for a towel that had a stain on it because it wouldn’t come out which I thought was absurd but communication is hard due to language barrier."
