"Good location. Spacious rooms. Gym and rooftop bar still under construction. The exterior stairs leading up to the main entrance should be fixed because they are uneven, cracked, and potential fall hazard."

"Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

"This is an extremely comfortable hotel. Staff uniformely pleasant and helpful. They breakfast buffet could vary a bit more day to day but overall highly recommend this hotel. View of rivers from room was great."

"スタッフがやさしい"

"Perfect for the stay. Good breakfast. Great location. Clean and new. Useful washer and dryer."

J’y retournerai!"

"The living space lobby, elevator, hallway and room are well maintained Staffs are polite and helpful. Hallway and elevator temperate are kind of warm (not hot) Way to and the Gym area are not used often hence they seem not well kept."

"New location. Nice clean room. Very high sense of service. Staff goes the extra mile and take care of details. Nice location at Japanese quarter"

"The location was convenient for accessing the airport. One also had a few eating/shopping choices in the neighborhood. The morning breakfast was well stocked with a changing menu daily."

"The bedding sheets are super clean, shower and toilet are also very clean"

"Lovely staff - Du provided excellent check out. This is a very large hotel used for conferences so you need to be aware you might share as we did with 300 Australians on a work conference who are very loud and vomit in the lift. But otherwise fabulous staff and good location"

"Where to start…. Really nice part of the newly developed beachfront. Quiet too. Beach is right across the road which isnt too busy. Hotel, is great, room was perfect, balcony was lovely, breakfast was great, garden restaurant for breakfast overlooking the beach was fabulous, sky bar was nice and chilled, view lovely. Downstairs bar was nice and had a fun pool table for a quick game or two. Staff were awesome, we had some flight issues, short notice, extentions, staff couldnt have...

"Got in close to midnight, rooms were stifling hot took 2 hours before it cooled enough so we could sleep. We could hear music playing well after 2:00 am. Communication was really hard as we don’t speak Vietnamese. Breakfast was ok, there were bugs in our room, but they had 4 pillows so we could fine one that was good. And it was in a good location in the city. I’m not sure any other hotel in that city would have been any better."
