"The entire building and the rooms bathrooms were spotlessly clean. What a delightful place to arrive to. The owner lives there and is a family amazingly run operation. Just make sure they know when you are approximately arriving so they are there to greet you.
The rooms are big with a nice seating room with a dinning room table and chairs and a large full size kitchen if you require or not. Beautiful beach 2 blocs away, restaurants and bakery near by and by the beach lots of small local...

"Great stay would use again.
+Fabulous location near the centre with plenty of activities and eating options closer by.
+Like might places in Porto it's easily accessible by public transport, about 10 mins stroll from San Bento station. (2.50euros, 2026)
+ Breakfast was good with most things replenished quickly, nice but very sweet tasting cappuccino and cafe con leite (the spelling is wrong, it's late)
+Although noisy outside, with the window closed the room was pretty quiet, (I woke with bins...
