I had a view of the beautiful cathedral in town right outside my window. There is a beautiful view of the Minho River from the deck outside. The shared bathroom is very clean and the shared common room was large (as well as the kitchen). Patricia who runs it is also very kind and helpful. Definitely a 5 star stay!"

"I booked well in advance and was able to get a twin room with balcony for single use at a very good price. The view from the balcony was NOT picturesque, however it faced a side street it was very quiet.  I understand that rooms without balconies face the main road and traffic noise can be a concern.   There was no balcony furniture, so I couldn’t really sit out there unless I pulled the sizeable desk chair out.  The room was a good size and didn’t feel claustrophobic at all.  The bathroom was...
