"Booked this hotel which, when we arrived, was new, clean & in a good location. The reason why I am giving a 1-star is because, even though I booked my reservation in advance, there was no room available upon our arrival. The hotel did make accommodations for us at another hotel; however, it was 11 minutes away in an older hotel with a terrible bed. No offer to provide a partial refund, or any other accommodations."

"No elevator.. don’t understand how a hotel has no elevator, especially one so close to the airport, knowing most who stay here are travelling through with luggage. Stayed here for one night. The lady at front desk thankfully put me in a room on first floor so there were no stairs. The room was dark and run down, and shower pressure was almost non existent. The shuttle was nice (runs every 15 minutes, make arrangements) but I ended up at 45 zone to wait, then upon calling told to go to 13 which...

"I have never stayed at a hotel that the beds sunk in or if you slept on one side the mattresses raised... i switched to two other rooms and same thing... i never leave comments... but this was so disappointing... i noticed in both washrooms the showers were filthy the counter and shelfs had stains ...the rugs were not vacuumed...yet i dont understand the high ratings!!"

"I have sensitive skin and your towels were VERY scratchy. No fabric softener. I was afraid to take the elevators as they sounded as if it would fail. The stopper in the bathtub did not work right so I had to keep adding water. The restaurant was not in the same hotel, I had to go to another hotel for dinner even though your site says restaurant in amenities. Your best looked good but no regular teas only herbal and special black teas. Your staff was very helpful, that is what saved it from...
