"The management was so helpful, easy check in and accommodations were great. Coffee bar was my favorite and was stocked all day and evening. Breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were very spacious and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. If we visit the area again, we will definitely stay here."

"Overall, great experience. I read some of the negative reviews and was skeptical at first, but since I was just staying for one night, why not give it a try? I am glad I did. The staff was really friendly, rooms are a bit outdated but very clean, beds were comfortable. This property has many amenities and is only 5 mins drive from the beach, plus they have complementary beach shuttle. I would stay here again for sure!"

"Wonderful boutique hotel with probably the best private beach in all of Naples. Have stayed here many times. The staff are always polite and very helpful. Rooms are immaculate and most have wonderful views of the gulf. Food is excellent too. always come home feeling fresh and relaxed."

"The pool had clouds of dead bugs swirling in the corner. The shower faucet handle fell off when touched. Water running down the wall from the air conditioner evaporator, further causing staining of a lamp shade and forming a 3’x2’ patch of mold on the wall. The patio railing supports were loose fitting in the cement, so someone used steel washers to fill the gaps in the cement. They charge you for a breakfast with cold toast and rock-hard butter. The bar is only open 2 hrs/day m-f."

"The young lady and lady with red hair that work in the front are really nice and helpful with directions and helping us with things in the hotel, they are very nice and friendly and gave me compliments:) as a 19 yr who struggles with booking hotels at my age i really recommend this one they are outstanding at what they do even providing key points that i need to know and providing directions on beach locations, they have a passion and good energy twords people.They are the most nicest genuine...
