"La chambre était bien.
Par contre, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d’accéder à notre chambre seulement à 16h30, au lieu de 15h et nous n’avons même pas été dédommagé pour cela.
Aucun geste commercial, alors qu’on est arrivé à Paris le jour même à 7h30, après un vol de 22h et qu’on espérait au moins avoir la chambre à l’heure prévu dans le règlement de l’hôtel, c’est à dire 15h.
C’était vraiment désagréable de vivre cette situation parce qu’on était très fatigués."

Reception always had someone who could speak English (less language stress).
Breakfast had good variety...
Only downside — Cleaning staff weren't patient when they knocked. They entered too quickly."

"The rooms were so well equipped, they have thought of everything. The sofa bed in the living room has a proper mattress and is very comfortable. Staff and amenities great! Free tea/coffee from the breakfast room each morning even if you aren't paying for breakfast which is a lovely touch. Location perfect, metro close, some beautiful places to eat and the famous moulin rouge just around the corner. Travelled with my mum and my two daughters ages 18 and 21. Best city break! Thank you "
