"Stayed here for two nights in a regular queen room. We stayed in the main building above the lobby facing the back of the property (a service road). The only major issue with our stay was our air conditioner. The first night it rattled so much that it woke us up. The second night it would barely cool and the rattling was even louder. Hotel staff was apologetic. Parking is a breeze. Beds are comfortable, maybe slightly soft, but not unbearable. Spectacular water pressure. Love that there’s no carpet in the rooms. Great use of space. Hotel is well kept, very updated and just a few min away from the main drag in Newport."
