"We arrived late in the evening in anticipation for my son's graduation from URI the following morning. We checked in and headed right to the room as we were exhausted from our journey. The room was spotless, the beds were pristine and comfy. We quickly put on our pjs and went to brush our teeth before heading to bed when we realized we forgot our toothpaste!! Aaaaahhhh! I went to the front desk and they did not have any but the gentleman popped out to the local store to get some for us. I said...

"This hotel was absolutely charming. I did not expect it to be so beautiful, cozy, and well maintained. Everything was spotless, and the staff was incredibly attentive. I especially appreciated that they called to let me know my room was ready before the official check-in time, which was a lovely touch. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to enjoy the pool, but the hotel itself was peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again."

"Rooms can be better. Mold around bathroom, carpet smells wet. Staff was great, breakfast options are good. Coffee is available all day which is great. Rooms can be better lit and kept."

"When I checked in there were dirty, used, stained bedding with hairs and makeup on sheets. I asked to have them changed and front desk said the housekeeping were notified and would be changing them. 2nd night same sheets on the bed, dirty unsanitary sheets still on the bed. I notified front desk again and that was the only thing I got sorry."

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely cooperative and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and having coffee available 24/7 was very much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. The property is also conveniently located just 9 minutes drive from downtown Newport, with plenty of food options nearby. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay."

"We dined at the restaurant of the hotel. The chef’s chicken dinner and seafood were superb, prepared with the care reminding us of meals in France. The server was attentive, kind and well informed. The meal was excellent in every way. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is well designed and conveniently located. I was glad we stayed there."
