"We arrived late in the evening in anticipation for my son's graduation from URI the following morning. We checked in and headed right to the room as we were exhausted from our journey. The room was spotless, the beds were pristine and comfy. We quickly put on our pjs and went to brush our teeth before heading to bed when we realized we forgot our toothpaste!! Aaaaahhhh! I went to the front desk and they did not have any but the gentleman popped out to the local store to get some for us. I said...

"The property is in disrepair. Our room was in disrepair. The freezer had mold in it, the ice machines don't work, the staff was extremely slow. Plus they demand a security deposit for damages. Also the bed cover was stained and so was the mattress on the pull out sofa. It was quiet and not busy."

"Very happy with our over night stay , very close to the airport. Staff was waiting for us as we had a late flight that was delayed as well. Hotel was clean our room had a small microwave which worked great to heat water for our cup a soups. I know gross, but nothing is open after 10 pm in the area which has nothing to do with the hotel, this is just an insight.
