"Beautiful resort. The staff are very friendly and are helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. Loved the private balcony to every room. The rooms were priced nice for the time I made my reservation. The restaurant was a little over priced and the food was bland. And it would be nice for more things for families to do so they wouldn't have to go 20-30 minutes down the mountain every time ."

"The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom for us was well above a 10 in rating. There was no water leaking out from the shower at all. The step in shower was a very welcome extra. As a senior stepping over a tub wall to take a shower is a fear. But here at spark it was so easy in and out of the shower. "Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition."
