"Loved the late nineteenth century decor. We took full advantage of the sitting room to entertain guests. Great to walk around Fredericksburg and enjoy the unique shops, restaurants, and history. Overall a luxurious and interesting place to stay."

"One of the co-owners helped me carry my suitcase upstairs. The entire ambiance felt like I was staying in a new friend's home for the Christmas holiday. And the room was already warm when I entered it. They ancticipated every need! The bed was quite comfy. And the bedding was TOP NOTCH. One suggestion: An ambient night light or sensor would help guide sleepy people to the toilet without needing to turn a light on. "

"This is a charming bed and breakfast. Anmenities are high end, so is the service. We stayed in a room circa 1752. The bedding however was more recent and very luxurious. The grounds are impeccable, with flowers and trimmed hedges everywhere. There are fields and even a little nature trail in the woods on the property. "Hospitality was EXCEPTIONAL. LOVE that they're pet friendly. Walking trails right on the property where i could walk the dogs. Had dog bowls waiting which was so cool because i had managed to leave their water bowl at home. Comfortable bed/bedding. So... my friend and I stayed in the "White Oak" cabin. The toilet is in the one room downstairs with a curtain for privacy. I wish there was an actual door (not sure it is possible) because anyone in the room hears all bathroom activities and the...
