"Sehr vornehmes Ambiente, schöne Zimmer, Kaffeeservice, feines Frühstück, nettes Personal - alles so wie man es sich wünscht. Das kleine Kinder nicht erwünscht sind, ist bedauerlich aber verständlich. Wir haben auch die Kajaks und das Bootshaus genutzt, ein Pool soll demnächst dazu kommen."

"The bed and breakfast has some unique characteristics leftover from the 1800s. Breakfast was delicious and it was enjoyable eating and chatting with the other guests"

"My husband and I stayed for three nights at Longacre. The owner is very kind. The house is spacious, but I did find it to be a little dated. We stayed in the manor room which was very big but seems like it was decorated from the early 90s. Also, there was no option to lower the temperature in the room, so I had to use a fan from the closet to try to cool the room down. The grounds behind the house are beautiful and peaceful."

"The property is located 10 miles from Cape Charles in a secluded wooded setting overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. The evening sunsets are spectacular. The owner and host cooks up a 5 star breakfast every morning which will leave you full till dinner!"
