"Everything was excellent just couple of things could be better. 1. Room to have extra sockets next to bed there is no USBC so you want to charge with the plug and is far far from bed. 2) everything at breakfast is good but could some more variety for fruits especially for vegetarians there isn’t much options. Otherwise all excellent."

I used the pool which was lovely too, although the floor in the ladies changing room was dirty and a bit slippery. Sauna was nice - would definitely book again."

"AVOID. We booked this accommodation months in advance for a work trip, yet on the day of arrival the property left my team completely in the lurch. We called the number provided on the booking to confirm our arrival time and were told there was no booking on their system. Moments later we received a cancellation notification through the Hotels.com app, which clearly showed that a booking did in fact exist. "The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. "

"One of the most unforgettable experiences lately, room was newly renovated, very comfortable and had an amazing view to the college courtyard. Breakfast was way better than the ones in 4-star London hotels and the breakfast room is like out of Harry Potter books. Big thanks to the staff and Jesus college. They truly took us to our good old college times."

"Great check in experience. Got there before 1pm and my room was ready. The staff ran through all I needed to know about the hotel and virtually took me to my room. The room was clean and comfortable, which had a small kitchenette. Nice to have a Nespresso machine, great touch. I had a great nights sleep in a lovely bed, what more could you want.
