"We had the most wonderful experience at Crossbasket Hotel and honestly can’t praise it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so special. The hotel is absolutely spectacular, with such beautiful surroundings and a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. The service, though, was on another level — 10 stars! Every member of staff made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared for, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It’s those thoughtful little touches that made our stay so memorable. Especially two amazing ladies, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The afternoon tea was especially amazing. We would recommend Crossbasket to absolutely everyone. We left with such lovely memories and are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special"

"We had a nice comfortable stay, staff was helpful, rooms were clean and small mall on the ground floor was cherry on top. Though parking was tricky , there was no indication for parking/reception on the main road. It was car park 2 at the rooftop"

"My partner and I love this location but we noticed the check out time was 10am on a weekday so paid for some extra time in the morning. We popped the "do not disturb" sign on the door and luckily put the chain on but were a bit shocked.to find the cleaner trying to get in at 10am. She didnt seem to be aware that we were in for a longer stay which made us both slightly annoyed. We will happily stay again but not if that keeps happening. Staff are lovely, location has fabulous potential and is clean, open and very peaceful, great for if you have a busy lifestyle and want to escape. Didn't try the resteraunt as we had seen a few bad reviews but if you can drive, some lovely eating spots are near by."
