"What a super hotel everything perfect! The room was spacious air conditioning and little loud but not enough to spoil a good night's sleep. Perfect beds comfy 👌. Shower very powerful and hot. The staff are truly amazing nothing too much trouble. The breakfast what a selection and they cater for special diets e.g. gluton free and Vegan. All good come and try . One down side no parking at this hotel. Thank you to all the staff you made our few days happier 😊."

"The room was good but bathroom plugs etc needed repair. Would have been nice if I didn’t have to ask for water to be delivered to room. The staff were very helpful but had to request room to be cleaned on one of the days. Had waited patiently until 4.00 p.m. We had been forgotten. On our last day there was a conference which was to last a week. Hundreds of people in reception area and lounge area. Very very noisy and nowhere for other guests to go to get away from the noise. "Hotel rooms have no air conditioning. In the summer, don’t bother with sea view rooms as you’ll need the curtains pulled shut to stop the rooms overheating."

"Staying at the Numa is a real pain, which is a shame because the place, location and rooms are very good. It’s a digital check in and you need their website and then their App and then both SMS and WhatsApp and then your ID. When you get your code it is only valid for 3 minutes???? Your access PIN is 5 numbers. They could have made it worse but probably stopped after making it such a performance. You probably need about a hour to go through all their hoops. Don’t stay in Room 108. It overlooks...

"Have to check in next door at the pub. Parking permits for the street are available for 24hrs at £10. No hair dryer in the room. Did have fans in the room but they just made noise rather than blow air. TV remote didn't work so we were stuck on one channel with an info box on the screen. The shower has two temperatures, hot and scalding. On arriving back to the hotel at around 11.30 we realised there was some kind of kitchen on the ground floor.
