"Easy to walk around, rooms were clean and of good size. Parking was a bit difficult to find and the towels were not fit to use on anyone. I am sure bleach will whiten the towels so I don’t understand why they have such towels. I like this place but there were 2 things I didn’t like. Elevator next to our room was so noisy and the towels."

"The room floor wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. The charging station didn’t work. The room was only cleaned once in 4 days, and no new pool towels were left. The bathroom had no fan so there are many brown spots on the walls and ceiling. The tub doesn’t drain properly. I was very disappointed in my stay, the pictures on their website are not accurate."

"Whenever we go to Palm Springs we always stay at Zoso. The hotel is very nice but for us it’s all about the location. There must be 100 restaurants within walking distance which we love because we don’t need to get the car, find parking, etc.
The pool area is very nice and the valet service was very prompt."

"We come to Palm Springs and stay at 7 Springs once or twice every year. The location is perfect, at the top of the main street, N Palm Canyon - a great place to shop and eat. But we still need a kitchen for breakfast and lunch - it is large, with the basics. There is a giant jacuzzi we love. The front office decor is MCM fun, and they've improved the decor over the years to have just enough MCM feeling (the sun gets to things there, so expect that). The staff has always been super kind and...

"We had a great stay here and would definitely come back. The room was spotless, spacious, and full of character, with a cute patio, beautiful vintage-style decor, and unique painted walls.
The property feels peaceful and spread out, with plenty of space to relax privately. There are several fire pits and seating areas throughout the desert landscaping, along with lots of trees that add to the atmosphere. The pool was clean and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs.
The staff was incredibly...

"This hotel is the very ugly stepsister of the hotel next door. All of the staff and the restaurant/food and check-in are next door. You have to walk to the other hotel of call/text for anything. The towels around the pool are disguating. The food tray we left near the pool at 5pm was still there at 9am the next day. Mid-century “charm” is about all
It has going for it"
