"This is a young staff that has all of the refinement and courtesy of a seasoned professional staff that has been working together for years, yet they maintain their fresh smiling faces and upbeat demeanor while working together. The hotel is spotlessly clean and their restaurant, Valentina’s, managed by Emanuel, is fabulous. Make reservations! Chic and Basic Gravity was a highlight of our trip. "Overall hotel was nice and great location but when we first arrived the room we were given stank of cigarette smoke. They swapped it straight away and did apologise but that room shouldn’t have been given to anyone in its condition. Also the pool was closed which was information not available before we travelled and the hotel was undergoing some loud renovations during our stay which we were only informed of in the email the day before check-in. And at least one coffee machine at breakfast would have some issue you’d need to get the staff to attend to. So no ‘big’ issues but a lot of small things not done great. Overall was fine but not the standard you’d expect for a higher end hotel."
