"Check in lamentable. Agents incompétents Chambres qui puent la cigarette Air co défaillante Très mauvais accueil au restaurant. Personnel restaurant impoli sauf Mr Idriss Portes qui claquent dans les couloirs Honteux quand on porte le nom de Sheraton. Honteux de demander un prix pareil pour un hôtel aussi piteux"

"Our room was not ready for check in by 3 pm and we were told to sit and wait and come back periodically to the reception desk to check on our room. On the 3rd trip to the desk at 4 pm and our room still not being ready I got a bit mad. At that point another person behind of the counter who seemed to be in charge suddenly found us another room that was ready. We got to our room and with the outdoor temperature close to 40 degrees Celsius we found that our air conditioning did not work. Back to...
