"Pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was! Had a quick layover and needed a hotel for less than 14 hours. Didn’t want to spend a lot and wasn’t expecting much. I was wrong! Hotel sent a taxi on their dime to pick me up from the airport since the shuttle wasn’t running. Room was very clean and full of amenities. "Great breakfast"

"The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."

"The location of this hotel was fabulous!! Right next to the Grand Royal Galleria. The air conditioning was nice!! We stayed in the family room and the beds were a bit small but all in all we enjoyed our stay."

"Perfect for our overnight stay before catching a flight back to Australia. Staff very helpful with directions to get petrol and also with transport to and from the airport. We used Uber as there were no taxis available and the shuttle timetable wasn't suitable for our departure time."
