"We had three people in the room. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made. When asked about it they said we would have to make the bed ourselves. I asked twice for another blanket. After one-half hour I had to hunt down a room service person and went with her to get a blanket"

"The room was super nice, it had a Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave, and some bowls/mugs/utensils. They have kayaks on the property but unfortunately we couldn't go out on the bay due to the storms they had, but the view of the bay from our room looked absolutely gorgeous. So the fabulous pool + hot tub really came in handy for our stay. There are chickens + roosters so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. And there are some really sweet cats on the property as well (we fell in love...

"We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"The food was extraordianry and the grounds beautiful. Unfortunately flooding and rain had taken pout the AC. So we cut our stay short. They were very accommodation and I would recommend. "

"Free parking & the pool area are highlights. The convenience store & restaurants are also pluses, along with proximity to the airport with a free shuttle. The staff are always pleasant & helpful. This stay, the room seemed less clean than usual unfortunately. "

"Breakfast was good, but didn't open to 7:00 AM, to late for our departing flight. Convenient to City bus service if you were not in a hurry. Room had little aircraft noise but a lot of traffic noise."

"This was a beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful staff. There were lots of stores to shop right on the premises. Being oceanfront made it nice for great views and pics. The entertainment was nice and the onsite restaurants were very nice as well. "

"Absolutely everything is great here! Location, staff, cute rooms, the restaurant and bar. We also love the coffee shop and we buy something from the boutique Honolulu Pawn Shop on every visit. This is our third time staying and we will come back every year to celebrate the two March birthdays in our family! Love it! "

"The property is well located, and the staff is generally willing to help as much as they can. About a week before my stay, I received a message from the hotel informing me that they would be working on the balconies. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to rest, and with workers both outside and inside the balconies, there was no privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire time, so I couldn’t even enjoy the view."
