Very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots & pans. Even had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and a wagon to haul. Whole family (including 2 teens) loved. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! Our room was so clean and comfortable and the house was quiet and beautifully decorated just exactly like the images. The host was very sweet and kind, he went out of his way to give us great advice about sightseeing. My mom got very sick on the last day due to the rain. He gave us an extra few hours late check-out so my mom could stay rest until the flight time. Wonderful stayed and highly recommended

The best part of this stay was the location—Waikoloa is beautiful, safe, walkable, and clean, with nature, nice shops, and the beach close by. The area has a fun, touristy feel and is convenient for exploring. The unit itself, however, didn’t feel worth the price. While it offered space, a kitchen, bedrooms, a living area, a patio, and a laundry area (which was a plus), it really needs updating—especially the bathrooms, which felt outdated for a resort-level rate. The kitchen was handy for preparing light meals. Being on the ground floor meant dealing with bugs, and we even needed pest control during our stay. Also, there’s no cleaning service included. Overall, great area but the unit could use improvements to match the cost.

We really loved and enjoyed this condo. My husband and two girls had a great time. It was super clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with cooking devices. We had a nice bbq our first night. The large lanai was beautiful and somewhat private. The pool was very warm and enjoyable. We had FREE access to the Hilton which was so awesome and unexpected. We ate and snorkeled in the lagoon. It was not far maybe a 15 minute slow walk. The shopping was close too. Nice coffee shops and great shops on both sides of the street also another store to buy small groceries (ABC). We loved the location of this condo. We will be back. The only thing negative is that the two small beds in the second room are short for a tall child. Bathrooms need renovation but they are clean and not bad for the price you are paying. I would recommend this place. Host was awesome prior to arrival.
