"This was a gem in the rough for sure! Nice property but what I liked most about it was how quiet it was. Just the sounds of nature and not a lot of tourist noise. If you want a relaxing time at home away from home this is it. Everything was an easy travel distance to beaches etc. I scuba dive and this was a welcomed retreat afterwards. It was a tad hard to find even with the written directions host provided because streets are not clearly marked. We ended up finding it in no time but had to turn...

"My wife and I spent four weeks at this condo. There were both positive and negative aspects to our stay. On the positive side, the partial ocean view from the lanai was great. There was ample, easy to access parking. In addition, the owner's rep, Roger, was very helpful, answering our questions and the like. On the negative side, THERE WAS NO CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING! Only the ground floor bedroom had air conditioning. As a consequence, the rest of the condo--especially the loft bedroom-- was...

"All the other condos in the area have access to the garage, and they also have beach gear stored there, left by owners and other renters. I rented another one a few buildings down that supplied everything, and we bought a bunch of beach gear and left it there for the next people, in addition to what the owner had left. However, this one had no access to the garage or the beach gear, which was a bit disappointing because we had to buy all sorts of beach gear. When we left, we left it somewhere else because we didn't know what the owners would do with it, like locking it up in the garage and not letting anyone else use it. Other than that, the property was great. The house was pretty clean and the price was great. We did enjoy our time there. That's for sure."

10/10 Excellent
"The property was very convenient to the best place to eat on the island - the Island Gourmet Market. We went there every day for breakfast and lunch items. I have never seen such a massive array of prepared foods and Hawaiian gift items. The villa was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 2 twenty somethings. We let the girls have the massive master bedroom. We loved the beautiful, quiet pool area with the cascading waterfall as well as the hot tub. These villas also came with their own garage which had beach equipment, coolers and beach chairs. The only problem we had was the owner only gave us 4 of the 5 digits needed for the keypad tonget into the garage. That was easily taken care of the next day with the management company. I would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!"

"A beautiful, well-equipped getaway in Waikoloa! 🌴 We had a wonderful stay at this Waikoloa Beach property. The condo is gorgeous and tastefully decorated, with comfortable couches that easily seated our group of six. It comes with a private garage stocked with beach supplies — kayaks, boogie boards, coolers, and beach chairs — which was such a nice perk. We loved the secure building with elevator access and the gorgeous sunset views. The location couldn’t be beat, with beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, and a gas station all close by. The grounds are immaculate and everything was spotless. We’d happily return! Highly recommend for families or groups wanting comfort, convenience, and that perfect Big Island base. 🌅"
