"Waikoloa beach villa is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean, quiet and relaxing. Our villa was very close to the pool. We had access to and did use the girll next to the pool and the picnic area right outside of the pool. Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties was very nice. She answered any questions I had right away. I would recommend this place for anyone but especially if you are taking a family vacation. "This is a very nice condo in a good location. The furnishings were as expected. It was unfortunate that the cleaning personnel had left a dirty towel from previous guest hanging on the bathroom door when we arrived. Otherwise it was fairly clean. It was also a minor inconvenience that they were repairing walkways in and out of the unit for our entire stay. But they were doing repairs so that is a plus. Condo is well kept, it had all necessary appliances and features a condo should have and even beach chair, snorkels and surf boards probably left by previous guests. It was a pleasure going to the pool and jacuzzi. There are a good number of Bbqs in good condition and kept clean.
