"The valet parking guys were awesome as was our house keeper. Amenities were lacking. Several days were hard to find food. Although we were in a really bad storm. I understand the staff was overwhelmed also. Very disappointing about the weather for almost our whole trip. And it was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime. 😭😩"

Service was disappointing and far below the standard expected for a destination known for hospitality. Staff members were rude and management did nothing to correct situations. "

"We were at the property for the biggest storm in 95 years and they did such a good job of keeping things safe for us and getting the hot tub and pool up and running as soon as possible when the storm settled down. We had a great time. Room was very clean, it was quiet, and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. "

"As a resort, they did want you to go to a seminar to consider a rental property, but were declined. The rooms seemed a bit dated, though clean and spacious (we had the junior suite). I would’ve loved a few more free amenities for the cost. There was a daily fee to use the gym, for example. Breakfast wasn’t included and you only get one 20% off coupon. For the price, I just would’ve expected a few more perks, like the cookies at Embassy Suites."
