"The unit was clean and spacious, well stocked and had a private hot tub outside which was lovely to relax in after an adventurous day. The larger geothermal pool was also a treat but not easy to get in or out for those who have low mobility. The owner was very approachable and helpful. Plenty of car parks but a little tricky backing out of some spaces. Enjoyed our stay."

"There are many ants in the room. The swimming pool and hot bathtub are small and not clean. There is a lot of hair on the blanket and sheet. No soundproofing."

"On arrival staff were not friendly at all Not even a hello just passed the eftpos machine and then the key. For the price we payed no coffee in the room and upon visiting the office no one came out to see what we wanted Very poor customer service"

"You can only turn into the driveway from one direction so it meant we had to u-turn to get in. There is no lifts so needed to use stairs with suitcases. Staff was lovely and friendly, and the view was gorgeous!"

"Absolutely amazing place to stay in Taupo. It is just 10-15 minutes walk from the city center, many restaurants and stores in walking distnce. The ladies from the management are very helpful, I got an upgrade to a lake view suit which was amazing. I will definitely stay here again."
