Hotel dekat Wairakei Terraces & Thermal Health Spa

"Highly recommended."

"We found the staff very welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic, not too many units and a very family friendly feeling. The building is well maintained and has a warm pool and just right hot tub! Nice seating areas outside, each unit has a balcony or deck, bbqs to use, and I appreciated the washer and dryer ($2 a load). Really enjoyed our stay"

"My son and I booked accomodation. We got there and it was a bed and a couch. My son in 6'4" and left the double bed to me and slept on the short couch. We were looking forward to using the pool in the room. Holy hell, the bottom of the pool was covered in what looked like dead skin and only the saints know what the heck that stuff floating on the top was. We paid good money for that accomodation and were bitterly disappointed. Staff were helpful. Parking outside our room was taken up by...

"That pool was amazing..."

"Very pleasant check in and the room was spacious and very clean. The view of the lake was amazing and the chairs on the balcony were very comfortable so great to sit and enjoy it. Good kitchen area and fridge with milk was a nice touch. Easy 20 min walk into town. Would definitely book again. Thank you."

"Lovely and spacious and comfortable room with a great view of the lake. Right near many restaurants. Lovely staff!"

"Spacious property and well equipped. Nice heated pool and convenient access to the lake. A few technical problems such as air conditioning in the main room not working, lights not working in one bedroom and the bathroom fan in the ensuite staying on all night."

"Beautiful location with access directly to the path around the lake. A great place to eat wiht a view of the lake only steps away. Quiet. Staff helped us with rooms all next to each other (3 rooms) and on the bottom floor a we were a group of 65 yr. olds. Only 1 washer/dryer on site that we could see. It would be nice if staff explained use and if there were special hours or access for the washer/dryer. Loved the kitchen area and the warmer towel rack in the bathroom was great."

"Room was clean. Easy check in process. Bed was comfy. Great location"

"Our suite slept four. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. All amenities, furniture, and linen felt clean and new. From the spa bath (tick) to multiple televisions, easy parking and really friendly staff. All good"

"Sails on the Lake is a comfortable lakeside motel about 1.3km from the centre of town and by the popular Taharepa Reserve beach. We stayed in a one bed suite. It was very comfortable and well equipped with a seating area, kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom with a comfortable bed at the rear of the unit. Being in the rear group of apartments (lower level) we had no road noise. Parking was in front (and the apartments reached by a short staircase). The bedroom is quite bright until the lights...

"Great parking and staff. Rooms could do with a fresh paint as lots of marks on walls and air vents really dirty could do with proper servicing. But Great parking Fab location Amazing staff"
