"We stayed 1 night only in the deluxe standard cabin on Jan 7. The room has an unique design, but very small with 1 queen bed, 2 chairs, 1 small table and mini kitchen cabinet (water boiler, toaster, cup, glass, plate are available with free tea-coffee-choc). Shared bathroom-toilet-kitchen are clean. But uncomfortable if in the night you need to go to toilet, you must walk around 2 minutes, and very cold outside! Behind our cabin is camping ground, in front is campervan parking. So if you feel...

"Beautiful. The watergardens are so peaceful and the longer walk to the waterfall for swimming was worth the climb. Our " house" was beautifully decorated and breakfast was great with all we could want. A hidden gem well worth the trip."

"The staff were wonderful. We were late in arriving but staff made the check-in process smooth and easy. We were in unit 1 which has a view of the bay and a wonderful outside sitting area with a bbq. Linens were nice and beds comfortable. The heat pump worked well when we needed air conditioning or heat. "Well maintained property, close to Tairua town. The one bedroom unit had all amenities needed for a 3 night stay. Owner is friendly and communicative. We also got to use the bikes for free and I believe t hey also let you use kayaks for free. "

"Pleasant stay at Hahei. The location is strategic, walking distance to the Hahei Beach. The Studio is nice, it has a small kitchen and dining table for 2 persons.Since my stay was not in peak season(Winter time), it was quiet at night and you can hear the waves sound from the beach. "Everything about this hotel is a gold star, despite the bathrooms being slightly outdated and the road to get there semi isolated for food options. This is a great place for a night or even a week! The staff were friendly, and so were the ducks and eels! We were fortunate to see the lunar eclipse right from their hand built trail, and only wish we could have stayed longer. "
