"The pool staff was super protective of the area and made clear no outside drinks were allowed because there was a poolside bar staff to take drink orders. However, they never came out or seemed to want to provide drinks. The rooms were ok but definitely not as nice as the suggested classification of the hotel. We had a room that had a weird sound coming through the door like a wind tunnel but they moved us. Was never offered my VIP free drink as was advertised by Expedia status. Decent stay but...

"Stayed with the kids and wife for a sports weekend. Always have a good experience at any Hyatt Place. Staff was great, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were pretty much soundproof. There were many other families with young children and you could not hear them moving about. So definitely a family friendly place to stay. Convenient. "Adorable little hotel, only about a dozen rooms and unstaffed but quiet and discreet. Rooms are sheik and the beds are fantastic (like really comfortable). "We were very satisfied with our stay. Erin was very pleasant when checking us in. It’s an older hotel but it appeared that it’s been updated. It’s in a quiet location with several good food options within a short driving distance. Would stay there again if we’re ever back in the Kansas City area."
