"I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."

"Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question. "

"Staff was amazing, rooms clean, one room had too much deodorizer and had to switch. Reason for 2 stars is due to my 2024 Toyota Sequoia front tire wheel caps were stolen in the parking garge. Cost me $105 for replacement."

"Moved over from the cabana suites after the worst sleep of my life. The room was smaller than I thought and it was so loud outside and the ac blows right at your face. The main hotel wasn’t much better after paying another $50 to upgrade. You could hear everything outside and any little noise outside your room. I’ve stayed before and it was a pleasant stay. Hope this is just a one off because it is one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas"

"Very clean and free valet parking. Easy to grab food in the hotel at any time of day. Do not get the extra large room if you’re trying to go to bed early. "

"Upon arrival, we were greeted and assisted with our reservations. The hotel was fine and a lot to do around the area. Parking was as a great convenience. "

"Room was okay, bed sheets were dirty stained with makeup and pillows were yellow.. didn’t notice until morning since the stained part was on the corner of the sheet that gets tucked in for no one to see. Over all I guess that’s the quality you get for what you pay for. Not my first time staying at this place but definitely will be the last. "

"Horrible experience the first night we were woken up at 2:30 am to our roof leaking all over our luggage staff said it was due to upstairs leaving the shower door open while showering . Then when we asked to change to another room since it was leaking and all over our floor then continued to tell us there was no rooms available. My husband and I were told to check back in the morning for availability IF there was openings. They also didn't want to give us compensation even though our luggage was...
