Absolutely terrible do not book this place it is not like any photo shown the yellow bulding is a house that is 2 lots down from a fenced in area with a couple of windowless sheds “witch they call dubble rooms and hide photos with the yellow building” there is one kinda looks like man build storage unit looking thing that’s probably about 20 feet by 20 feet do not book this place no matter what there are hundreads of better options even at the same price in Vegas on top of that expires will not refund so jus stay away the place in genuinely a scam and I call it a trap for people tha need to make a fast booking The people were very suspicious even asking for money through Zelle for deposit

The place is not what it says. It has hidden fees. The management is terrible. They running a scam operation. Just read all the reviews and that will tell you they're taking people's money and they're not being able to stay there. They're double booking. Just stay away and save your money! You've been warned.

The room was very clean. The staff were very nice and trustworthy. It is a low budget place to rest your head, but you can't go wrong when you factor in the price. They have a pretty cool setup outside if you want to relax and have a drink. My suite had a fridge and a microwave. I would definitely recommend for anyone that needs a place to rest their head and have nice hot a shower.

It was a good budget room nothing 5 stars.. somewhere you can lay your head down and sleep and feel safe.. I didnt have the money to go all out in a real nice stay.. I would recommend the yellow penthouse to anyone that doesn't mind down grading just to conserve money to have fun on your trip...

Quiet neighborhood. Stayed in the upgraded room with the bathroom. Comfy bed. They had the upgraded cable with roku & all kinds of channels to watch. Wifi worked great too. Will be back.

The manager did not answer his phone and we needed to check out between five and six the same day as we told him that when we checked in. The business hours were between 10 AM and 7 PM. There was no toilet paper in the public restroom. We had one roll of toilet paper in our room that we needed to take to the bathroom.

When my mother and myself first came to sign all of the contracts he started joking about how people cheat and how easy it is to cheat and started talking about sex and I told him please don't be disrespectful talking about sex in front of my mother. And even though the terms state that only credit cards are accepted and that no debit cards or cash is accepted he kept trying to get me to cash app him the money for the transaction and I thought that was not correct! The man Arturo was very very disrespectful to me when I asked to speak to a manager and he told me to get away from his house while flinging his hand away. I have never been so disrespected at an Airbnb in my life.. and this was after falsely accusing us (myself and my mother) of smoking inside of the room when he saw us on the camera go in and out to smoke in the street as he directed us.. I asked him to come in the room to smell for himself and he said he didn't smell anything but still disrespected me when I asked to speak to a manager... I spoke to the owner and he reassured me that I would be getting my $100 deposit back as well as the $30 a night I spent at the property which in total would be $190 and I have yet to receive that and it has been a couple of days already and I have received nothing.

What looks like yellow penthouse. First, it was not yellow. It is an old structure with many permanent month by month tenants. I booked for a hotel and it turned out an unsafe b&b. There was a weird person on the street near the property all the time who was asking questions. My uber driver helped me to see the right person for my checkin but once my uber left, i did not feel safe and I did not stay there under the unsafe environment. Tried to cancel but they said it's non refundable. Poor me.
