"My room did not get cleaned during my stay. I had to go to the cleaning ladies in the hallway to get clean towels, coffee, and cups. One day, there was a couple clean towels placed on my bed, but the bed was not made."

"This hotel was the best choice for my Vegas experience. From restaurants, activities, staff, gambling, just a one stop shop!!!!! If i wanted to get a uber, taxi, etc. They were on standby 24 hours…. This was a hell of an experience. Las Vegas has the number one set up for tourist, everything was easy access, no sweat.. I did an Instacart, no problem!! "Booked on Expedia 2 months in advance and when we showed up to check in, there was an addition large deposit needed (on top of deposit already) plus and additional charge per day plus tax for amenities. There was also an additional fee for using a third party website. Expedia customer service called on my behalf and let me know that additional fees are not something they forecast. Manager was behind a curtain the whole time saying “just use our website”. "
