"Great location, on the edges of Chinatown and the Financial District. The staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. You can leave bags after checkout at the concierge desk, which was very helpful for our group since we were not leaving until the evening. The facade was undergoing renovations, but it was being done without disruption to the hotel's operation, apart from some noise in the lobby area. We had no idea it was going on in our room. The views of the city and the Bay were amazing, and the rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained."

"Room was cute and tiny, complimentary breakfast was subpar, but complain too much for it being “free”. Carpets being punched up in the hallway causing tripping hazards is my only complaint! Be aware, parking is to be paid for🙄"
