"I enjoyed my stay at the Millsap Baker Estate. The room and bath were very clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful. I learned alot about the history of the estate and Damascus from the owners."

"This is an excellent hotel; I have used it frequently and will continue to do so. These items will not prevent me from staying there. Two cons: 1) The TV and bed are arranged at right angles in the room. It makes it difficult to watch while in the bed. The TV swivels some but not much. 2) Not really the hotels fault but the traffic noise from 421 is very noticeable in the rooms on the front side. The backside rooms are probably quieter. Left turns out if the parking lot can be tricky...

"When we arrived, the room we were initially given had a few things that still needed to be cleaned so we called the front desk to make them aware and see if we could just get someone to clean it. The front desk promptly called back and offered us an upgrade instead. Not only did they come and look at it themselves, but they showed us to the cabin we'd be in and were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a stellar experience! We will definitely be back! "

"Overall excellent small hotel. Staff was very helpful when I didn’t receive my access code for my room. Not their fault but my phones, but everyone made sure I got the hat I needed. Room was lovely although we were only there long enough to sleep. I had never stayed at a in-manned hotel like this but they made the process seamless. "

"My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the Damascus Old Mill Inn. The property is in a very scenic location, and very close to restaurants and trails. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The towels were great, so thick and fresh smelling! Breakfast was also very good, and the lady in charge of breakfast was super sweet. We would definitely stay again. "
